  • Transportation by bus is prohibited in central Reykjavik. Therefore, the complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are only available to major hotels in the city center. Apartments and suburb hotels are not eligible for pick-up. Please see the PDF file in the Additional Notes for the complete list of hotels with pick-up services.
    If you are staying in a hotel that is not included in the list, please proceed to the nearest designated bus stop to your accommodations. Please check the details of the bus stops on the official site: http://www.busstop.is/

Additional Notes

  • If the tour was cancelled due to bad weather, you can reschedule your booking for free.
  • If the tour commenced, but you did not see the Northern Lights, you are free to reschedule to another date but no refunds will be offered.
  • After the Golden Circle Sightseeing Tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel. You will be picked up again in time for the Northern Lights Tour.
  • The in-bus audio guide is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Finnish.
  • *Please note the schedule of the Northern Lights Tour: - August 24 to October 15 & March 15 to April 15: 22:00 - October 15 to March 14: 20:00 or 21:00

  • Tripods and binoculars are available to use. Please understand that they are limited in number so they must be shared among the whole group.
